Our current delivery methods and rates are subject to change, and various shipping policies and exceptions may apply to your order. You will find clear information about your shipping charges, including any surcharges, on the Verify Order page.

Order arrival depends on the items, the selected shipping method, and destination. Shipments are contingent on product availability. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12 pm ET may ship on the next business day.

1–2 business days (for products noted as 1–2-day shipping eligible).

Where We Ship

Nonprescription Orders

We ship to any valid address.

Prescription Refills

  • Prescription refill orders can only be shipped to Tamilnadu.
  • Controlled substances cannot be shipped anywhere.

How Items Are Shipped

Most orders are discreetly packaged and may arrive in multiple boxes. Incontinence products, when ordered in full case quantity, are shipped in the original manufacturer carton.

Tracking Your Order

Upon placing your order online, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the package carrier’s website for tracking. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking number to appear.

Hazardous or Regulated Items

Certain nonprescription items cannot ship by air due to flight safety concerns. Orders containing such items are not eligible for 1–2 day shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returning Nonprescription Items

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges are subject to a third-party verification process.

Return in Store

Most unopened items in new condition purchased from Samraj Pharmacy or on https://www.calwinhospitals.in/ can be returned within 60 days for exchange or refund, subject to outlined restrictions. For faster return processing, bring your receipt, credit card, and valid photo ID.

Return by Mail

Items purchased at https://www.calwinhospitals.in/ eligible for return or exchange can be returned by mail within 60 days. Call +91 93616 62200 before returning items by mail.

Other Important Information

  • Valid photo ID is required for store returns lacking proof of purchase.
  • Prescriptions are excluded from this policy.
  • Report damaged packages or order discrepancies immediately.
  • Samraj Pharmacy may revise or amend this policy without notice.

Returning Prescriptions or Prescription Order Issues

For questions or concerns about prescription items, call +91 93616 62200. Prescription medications ordered online cannot be returned to Samraj Pharmacy stores due to legal restrictions.
